OK, so maybe the falls aren't really world famous. Perhaps this small Alabama Waterfall near Brooklyn AL wasn't even called Pig Snout Falls until I shot this image and saw what I thought looks like a pig snout. Nonetheless, I fully expect the tourists to start flocking from all over the world to see this magnificent little jewel of nature now that the word is out. I just hope putting in the four lane highway where the dirt road is now will not hurt the country feel of this rural community.

A little about me: I was raised a military brat and lived all around the US growing up. I went to Auburn University then joined the Air Force upon graduation. In the Air Force I flew B-1B bombers, T-37 and T-38 trainers, KC-135s and taught counter terrorism CQC defensive tactics for aircrews. I retired from the Air National Guard after 21 years of service. I was also an airline pilot for Midwest Airlines where I flew DC-9s, MD-80s and Boing 717s. All of Midwest's flight-crews were outsourced in 2008 and now I make my living selling art and various other jobs in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
