Description
In theory the Old Alton Bridge in Denton Texas is one of the most haunted places in the US and is also known as Goatman's Bridge.
The story go it is haunted by a demon known as the Goatman. Now, I have never personally seen anything abnormal or scary there. Well, there is a healthy population of copperheads in the woods around the bridge so if you are scared of snakes there is that. Some claim that there are glowing green eyes that appear from time to time. I have seen just such a thing in the woods not too far away but the eyes weren’t so much glowing as they were reflecting. I will say spotting the shadowy outline of a bobcat at night and just seeing its ears and face a little in the dark looks a little demonic I suppose.
I am not saying it isn’t haunted but I am saying I have never seen anything to indicate that it is.
